It's Friday!! My favorite day of the week, I usually go on some sort of adventure when I am not in class and then have a family dinner.  I wanted to share with you all this look I wore earlier this week. As a date between classes, my boyfriend and I went for a stroll to a very pretty little dock. It was very relaxing, especially with it being midterms. I have spent most of my week studying and catching up on homework, so it was really nice to get outside.

I hope you all enjoyed this look!

October Wish List

Wednesday, September 27, 2017

I have had my eye on these shoes since Sam Edelman released them a month or so ago. Slides are definitely in this season and make the perfect fall shoe. I love that they are a neutral and a classic shoe, so that they will extend well beyond this year.

I also LOVE Longchamp. They were my very first 'real' purse that I purchased. It was actually the exact one I have linked. I am currently using a slightly larger maroon one because it perfectly fits my textbooks and laptops. It is such a classic piece and extremely durable.

I just saw Mackenzie Kendall post about this tank top. I love how simple it is and would pair it with a skirt and mules, or simple pants and a pullover.

These Keds are my FAVORITE shoes. I got them as a birthday gift and wear them with everything. I originally had a pair of the original keds however, I like these better because they look different without being obnoxious and add a little height (which never hurts).

Navy Jumpsuit

I hope everyone is as excited for Monday as I am! Today I am sharing with you guys a collaboration that I LOVE with The Mint Julep Boutique. I started ordering from them my freshman year of college. I was drawn to them by their wide selection of dresses and accessories at a very reasonable price. My first sorority formal dress was actually from them (It looked very similar to this jumpsuit !)
When The Mint Julep Boutique reached out to me, I fell in love with this jumpsuit. It's like a whole outfit in one! I bought these wedges almost a year ago and hadn't worn them yet, so this outfit was the perfect opportunity. I kept my accessories minimal for a simple a classic (yet slightly modern) look.

Current Workout Routine

Tuesday, September 19, 2017

Photos By Sean Touton

Happy Tuesday everybody! I have had a lot of people reach out to me about my workout routine, so I wanted to share it with you guys! I don't have a strict, regular workout, more of I try to do some sort of cardio/workout at least three times a week. One of my favorite things to do is walk my dog. It sounds silly, but it is actually very relaxing and she loves it! I will usually do a pretty fast walk for about an hour and a half. I like this a whole lot more than working out in a gym because I get bored pretty easy.

I take karate classes. Not many people know this, but I have been taking karate classes since I was a kid. It is such an AMAZING workout. You can work on your core, muscles, and cardio all at the same time. I usually do this (twice-ish) a week if my class schedule isn't too crazy that week.

Almost every evening before bed, I will do some sort of at home workout. It isn't anything crazy, however it does let me still get a workout in if I am overwhelmed with school work. My favorite are the youtube videos of the 'Ballet Beautiful' workouts. It is a whole series of videos that works out all different parts of your body.

Another cool thing a lot of colleges offer are free workout classes at their gyms. Mine has a TON of different options in addition to inter-mural and group sports. I love playing capture the flag with my boyfriend's fraternity when there are games. It is such a good cardio workout and tons of fun.

I hope this answered some of your questions! If you have any more, please leave them in the comments!

A Few of my Favorite Things: Fall Bags

Friday, September 1, 2017

This is a dupe of the Celine Faye Bag that I love, but at a fraction of the price! I love the classic and simple design and the suede is perfect for this fall!
Shoulder Bag

I did not used to like Gucci bags, however this season I am loving them. This first is the Gucci Marmont mini bag. I was so excited to see that velvet is still in this season, and this bag is the perfect subtle way to incorperate it into your wardrobe.

You have probably seen this bag on blogs A LOT. It is easy to see why, with its simple and classic look. It has been on my wishlist for a while and I think the tassel detailing is perfect!
Gucci Disco Bag
Longchamp has been one of my favorite purse designers for YEARS. They are so affordable and come in so many colors. My current one is maroon, but I think I am going to switch back to black or navy blue. This one is currently on sale.
If you couldn't tell yet, I love simple and classic designs. This Madewell Tote fits the bill. It is perfect for carrying laptops, textbooks, really anything. I have had such good luck with the quality of Madewell items and their durability!

Louis Vuitton definitely makes some of the best quality bags. My favorite wallet that I use is from them. This tote bag is my current favorite of theirs. It comes in several colors, including their classic monogram print.
