Happy Tuesday everybody! I have had a lot of people reach out to me about my workout routine, so I wanted to share it with you guys! I don't have a strict, regular workout, more of I try to do some sort of cardio/workout at least three times a week. One of my favorite things to do is walk my dog. It sounds silly, but it is actually very relaxing and she loves it! I will usually do a pretty fast walk for about an hour and a half. I like this a whole lot more than working out in a gym because I get bored pretty easy.
I take karate classes. Not many people know this, but I have been taking karate classes since I was a kid. It is such an AMAZING workout. You can work on your core, muscles, and cardio all at the same time. I usually do this (twice-ish) a week if my class schedule isn't too crazy that week.
Almost every evening before bed, I will do some sort of at home workout. It isn't anything crazy, however it does let me still get a workout in if I am overwhelmed with school work. My favorite are the youtube videos of the 'Ballet Beautiful' workouts. It is a whole series of videos that works out all different parts of your body.
Another cool thing a lot of colleges offer are free workout classes at their gyms. Mine has a TON of different options in addition to inter-mural and group sports. I love playing capture the flag with my boyfriend's fraternity when there are games. It is such a good cardio workout and tons of fun.
I hope this answered some of your questions! If you have any more, please leave them in the comments!
